Ordering

Can I order equipment yet?

Not currently. Our UK equipment catalogue is being reviewed and prepared. We will display genuine published products and current WooCommerce prices, stock and purchasing information when ordering is launched. We do not list placeholder products as available stock.

When will ordering open?

Online ordering is not yet launched. Delivery arrangements, returns information and the final customer Terms & Conditions must be verified and published before customers are invited to place orders. The date has not been announced.

Payments

Payment methods and checkout arrangements are being finalised. We will only identify available payment methods once the ordering service is ready. Please do not attempt to place an equipment order through an unfinished checkout.

Products and advice

Start by checking items you already own. Ordinary retailers may offer suitable everyday supplies; specialist equipment should be selected for a verified need. Go Prepare does not invent stock, ratings, compatibility claims or product availability.

Answers saved by this questionnaire remain in your browser or your private export file, not automatically in another planner or customer account. Results are general planning guidance, not emergency instructions or a guarantee of safety.
