Your privacy & saved data
By default HQ saves in this browser only when you choose Save. Signed-in customers may separately choose an optional account backup, stored in the site's WordPress database. Neither browser data nor account copies have application-level encryption; avoid exact addresses, medical details and sensitive locations, especially on shared devices. HQ never automatically saves to your account or overwrites Studio records.
Save across devices (optional account backup)
HQ is stored on this device by default. Signed-in customers can explicitly save a copy in their Go Prepare account, inspect a previous copy, download it back to this device or delete it. Account backups are stored in the site's WordPress database, not encrypted by HQ. Do not include sensitive locations or medical information. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
